If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, returns may be accepted at HOK Couture. Before returning the products, please take note of the following guidelines:

  • CALL first before sending back your order. Returns will not be accepted, refunded or honored without calling our office to inform us of the products you are returning.
  • A customer care representative will give you instructions on how to make a valid return to our office.  You will be given a Product Returns Confirmation number which you will attach to the package you are returning.
  • In some cases, when you CALL to inform us of product returns, it’s possible that we will send you a replacement or make other arrangements. This will be evaluated by the Customer Care Representative.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to accept returns on saleable, unworn merchandise per the policies outlined below.

You may return qualifying items via mail for a full refund in the original form of payments, excluding shipping charges.

Items may only be returned online through the site or with the assistance of our Customer Service Team within 30 days of shipment.

Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return.

Return Instructions For Domestic Returns
For easy returns through hokcouture.com, click the ” START RETURN” button above. We will ask for your order number and billing zip code to process your return.

Once the applicable item(s) and reason for return have been provided, you will be able to generate a pre-paid return shipping label for a fee of $8.00 per label. This is to be deducted from your total refund, as it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping of returned or unwanted items.

Please allow 7 days for returns to be processed upon receipt in our Return Center.

Return Instructions for International Returns
To return an international order, please email and info@hokcouture.com with your name, email, and order number. Also, please note the items you wish to return, including product number, size, and description, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the parcel, along with details on the amount you will be refunded.

Please allow 24 hours for the prepaid label to be processed and sent via mail.

PayPal Purchases
For merchandise returns with PayPal as their original payment method, payments are directly billed through PayPal. Our company isn’t provided any payment information for these purchases. PayPal returns are processed as standard returns in our system. Within 1-2 business days after a return has been processed, the PayPal account used for the original purchase is refunded.

We cannot process merchandise exchanges a new order must be placed on hokcouture.com.
