HOK COUTURE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At HOK COUTURE LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a seamless return process.
1. RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
14-Day Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original state. All brand tags and
security labels must remain attached.
Swimwear: All swimwear items must retain the hygienic liner and be returned in their original packaging.
2. NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following categories are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded: Items discounted at 60% off or greater.
Shipping fees and shipping insurance fees
Note: HOK COUTURE LLC reserves the right to decline any return that does not comply with our policy conditions.
3. RETURN OPTIONS & FEES
Mail-In Returns: A $10 restocking fee per order will be deducted from your total refund amount for mail-in returns.
In-Person Returns: Free returns are accepted at our retail locations within the United States for orders originally placed via credit card. (Orders paid via third-party financing or digital wallets must be returned via mail).
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin a mail-in return, please visit our online portal or reach out to our team at info@hokcouture.com.
Important: If you choose to send your return using an independent carrier rather than our official return label, HOK COUTURE LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
5. REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take additional billing
cycles to post to your account.
6. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible
item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
7. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if an item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date.
Price adjustments do not apply to flash sales or temporary promotional events.
Items that receive a price adjustment become Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Products already marked as Final Sale are ineligible for price adjustments.
8. IN-STORE PURCHASES
Purchases made directly at our physical retail stores must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items
must be unworn with original tags attached. Items purchased at 60% off or higher in-store are considered Final Sale.
9. UNSOLICITED & MISPLACED RETURNS
If you mistakenly return an item that was not purchased from HOK COUTURE LLC or send back a Final Sale item:
Our team will attempt to contact you up to two (2) times using the contact information on file.
You will be responsible for providing a prepaid shipping label to have the item shipped back to you.
If we do not receive a response or shipping label within 14 calendar days of our second attempt, HOK COUTURE
LLC reserves the right to dispose of the item.
HOK COUTURE LLC is not liable for lost, damaged, or unrecovered personal property mistakenly sent to our facilities.
10. FAIR USAGE POLICY
To ensure fair service for all customers, we monitor account return activity. An excessive pattern of returns over a 12-month period may lead to the restriction or cancellation of future orders.
